MysticCloud Applications | PROCESS If you are interested in becoming a staff member this is the place to go, whenever staff applications are open just make an effort to fill in the application with the correct template and make sure you meet all the requirements before you submit! 1. Application Phase Completing this application and awaiting it's results, upon its acceptance you will be announced as one of many others who has been accepted for an Interview process, there you will be given steps on how to complete your interview with a Manager or Administrator before the deadline. 2. Interview Phase Based on the results of your application you will be asked to attend a one-on-one interview with an Administrator or Manager, the purpose of the interview is for us to get to know you as a person, your interests, hobbies, what you like best about the server and your work ethic. Ultimately, this helps us figure out what kind of person you are and whether or not you would be fit for the position. 3. Acceptance Per acceptance you will be put through a "Trial phase" where you will learn the know-how and standards it takes to become a full-fledged Moderator on the network the length of such phase may vary depending on your ability to keep up and continuously prove yourself to be worthy of the position of Moderator. | REQUIREMENTS Must be aged 14 or over Must be able to record and upload videos Must be able to take screenshots and upload them Must be able to contribute at least 6 hours to the server per week Must have a working mic/able to talk. | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Can I use elements of someone else's application? A: No, all of the information in your application must have been written by yourself only, plagiarism is a cause for denial. Q: Can I join the staff team if I'm apart of other servers? A: Here at MysticCloud we want full dedication. It is recommended that you join the team without being apart of other servers. This will defiantly impact your application. Q: Is timezone a big factor on whether or not I can become a staff member? A: We strive to recruit staff-members from all-over the world as it brings a diverse amount of talents to the table as well as the opportunity to provide support to all players on all time zones. While it may affect the timing of your interview should you be accepted, it will not affect your chances of becoming a staff member otherwise. | ADDITIONAL NOTES You will have to prioritize moderation over gameplay. Moderators and up are not allowed to play due to abuse allegations and so forth. Previous experience players a big role in our decision when considering your application.
